Covid-19 Update

Dear Practice Members,

We continue to closely follow the emerging information on respiratory infections including COVID 19 and are taking precautions recommended by leading health care authorities. Accordingly, we continue to limit access to Perth Family Health Centre in a manner necessary to respect social separation. If you currently have an appointment, we will be contacting you by phone to screen for respiratory infection risk factors and at that time confirm our handwashing policy.

We are located in the Perth Family Health Centre at 33 Lewis Street in Perth.

Coming in from Highway #7

Turn at Canadian Tire onto Wilson Street. Drive past the 3rd set of lights and Loeb and turn right at McEwen’s onto North Street. Take the first right (Lewis) and the Perth Family Health Centre is the 4th building on your right. Parking is available at the side and rear of the building.

Coming from Smiths Falls, Rideau Ferry or Westport

Turn toward downtown Perth and proceed along Gore Street past town hall turning left at the first lights (Foster Street). Continue along Foster past the lights (Wilson Street) and the hotel. Take the first right onto Lewis. Proceed through the first stop sign (North Street) and the Perth Family Health Centre is the 4th building on your right. Parking is available at the side and rear of the building.
